They are both technically Received Pronunciation. Crowley’s is lazier and loucher, Aziraphale’s more precise.

It wasn’t inspired by it, but because both Sherlock and Good Omens music come from the head of composer David Arnold, I’m not surprised you picked up on some similarities.
