i LOVE that aziraphale, the angel, loves food, loves all his books and clothing and stuff, and also has angel imagery all throughout his book store

which all represent hedonism, materialism, and vanity….traits that are normally associated with sinning

while crowley, the demon, doesn’t care really about his possessions, doesn’t really eat that much, and doesn’t really have anything that reflects himself in his house

which all represent asceticism, fasting, and modesty….traits that are normally associated with being holy

I am so in love with the fact that Terry Pratchett gets a lot of international recognition now because of the Good Omens miniseries. I have loved the discworld novels for some years now but most people don’t even seem to know the name Terry Pratchett which is honestly really sad.
