I saw your good omens post about how they decorate their homes and consider - they hate how hell and heaven are but can't really bring themselves to be too bothered with how the other keeps their place because its so them that even if it reminds them of heaven/hell its still comforting because in the end it reminds them most of each other-

I have never related to a character as much as I have with Azirapheil from Good Omens.

When I first saw the trailer, I thought Crowely would be my favourite. Leather clad demons seem to be a type of mine. But as a wached, the soft angel with the rebellious streak became very important. The way the other angels treated him felt so real. Like no one trusted him with anything so they laughed and looked down on him. How he is oblivious to how much he means to Crowely. How he wants to rebel, but is not sure how to. Its such a parallel to my own life. I hate being talked down to, and I still to this day struggle to accept that my best friend cares about me. I am also a soft rebel, and am to scared to do what I belive in at the moment. I am so very greatful to see me on screen. (It also helps that Michael Sheen plays him. I am always attracted to Welsh actors because I am Welsh myself)

Companion piece to Aziraphale

I came up with a headcanon about Aziraphale’s angelic accents and decided I needed to do some art for Crowley’s demonic ones! Considering he’s a shapeshifter, I like to think that Crowley frequently has some little patch of scales on him at any given time, particularly along his lower back and spine.

When he gets flustered I like to think the patch expands, maybe to more visible parts of him, as he has to fight the urge to turn into a snake and slither away to hide from his emotions. It’s not easy to work him up into that state, but if anyone can manage it, it’s his angel ;)

Anger can set his scales off too, but that’s even less common. Crowley’s quite used to feeling angry, after all, and is better able to control the shift because of that.

((Az quite likes slipping a hand up under Crowley’s shirt to stroke the scales right at the base of his spine; smooth as silk and cool to the touch. This just flusters crowley so he winds up with a growing patch of scales until they’re all the way up to the back of his neck where Az can press a little kiss to them |D ))
