Texting my gay cousin to watch good omens and he’s like “I only like shows that actually end with gayness. What’s the point otherwise” you think you’re fucking better than me?? While you sat around being repressed during the era when the gayest thing on tv was Stefon and Seth Meyers I slaved away for your rights on fanfiction dot net. Pay your dues and get baited like an adult.

There actually is a weird and wild difference between people who are coming into their gayness now when they have a smidgen of representativity, and those of us who grew up not being used to that. I’ll tell him I think any random character is gay and he’ll say “I wish, but there’s no reason to think that, they’ve never said anything about it”. Hello?? What are you talking about?? My reason is that I feel like it and my evidence is that I’m just in the mood for the 101 Dalmatians henchmen to be gay right now. Just go around interpreting as much gayness as you want out of the world, no one’s keeping track.

Vulture: Elementary’s Joan Watson Is the Most Stylish Detective on TV

Joan’s wardrobe isn’t an either/or between suits and dresses, or even casual and business attire. She didn’t become a detective and suddenly stop wearing comfortable clothing.

Joan doesn’t eschew color, but a black-and-white motif runs through the first season to the last. Regardless of whether it is a suit, skirt, or a more casual outfit, sticking with the same color tone allows for experimentation with pattern.

Two big style turning points emphasize Joan’s drive for equal footing with Sherlock as a detective. First came the ties, introduced at the end of season three. Suits followed, making their initial sartorial stamp in season five.

Oh, you all can go to hell with your impossible to please, stupid « hot takes » about Good Omens.

If you can’t understand that Gaiman was ADAPTING A BOOK for THE LAST WISHES OF HIS BEST FRIEND and therefore wasn’t gonna change such a big part of the story as the relationship status of the two main characters, but still went ABOVE AND BEYOND in writing it a lot more « slow burn pre relationship » than the book is because he knows that how the fans see the story and he wanted us to be happy and have fun, and has repeatedly told us that « tv canon is different than book canon » and « all fan canons are great » and « the author is super dead y’all have fun and don’t mind what he thinks ».

He’s giving us EVERYTHING while still doing the show Terry wanted, and can’t change such a vital part of it because Terry isn’t here to ask if that’s okay, and anyway it’s clear Az and Crowley wouldn’t have ever started a romance while still working opposite sides, anyway. But they can NOW and we’re being blessed to see it and take what we want from it.

Never has a writer been so kind and accomodating and winking at me abt this sort of things, so y’all can take all your stale « but queerbaitiiiiiiiiiiing » and shove them up your ass.

Pining slow burn pre-relationship isn’t queerbaiting, assholes.

(No I do not take questions or arguments, don’t @ me. I am and will block/unfollow any and all negativity regarding that subject in then future. I’m just so fucking tired of this stupid, holier than thou attitude on here. This is the last straw.)
