coworker told me he “hates all mollusks” today. and to each their own obviously but like… theres 100k species of mollusk… you really hate all of them bro? nautiluses and oysters and snails and nudibranches and chitons and thousands of animals youve never even heard of???? what did ammonites even fucking do to you
Spies: mr. Anthony j crowley-
Aziraphale: Anthony?????
Crowley: you don’t like it?
Aziraphale: no I didn’t say that i’ll get used to it
Me: : DDDDDD
- Aziraphale: I've never actually killed anything.
- Two days later:
- Aziraphale: *kills a dove during his magic act*
I admit I was a bit put off by Crowley’s red hair when the first Good Omens trailer dropped because I was always certain he had black hair… but I started listening to the audiobook, and it actually describes Crowley’s hair as “dark” rather than “black”. Well, show!Crowley’s hair is “dark” – it’s dark red.
I mean, that, and every aspect of David Tennant in GO just exuded all the Crowleyness I loved in the books, but it’s interesting that his controversial red hair is actually canon compliant.

i will never get over the fact that, according to the bonus scene, Crowley brought Aziraphale chocolates to celebrate the angel finally getting his bookshop……the Sweetness. the Devotion. the impeccable Gayness of it all
despite the book and the show characterizations having their differences, i think it’s nice that the dynamic of Az and Crowley as Sweaterboy and Absolute Nightmare respectively stays consistent
^In the book.
In the show: “WAAAH CROWLEY DO SOMETHING!!!”
Yeah.
Like, I’m not disappointed because they changed stuff from the book, adaptations will do that and I don’t mind it as long as the result is good. Here, though… (way to go writers, you add a shippy moment but ruin it in the same breath)
- Crowley: Seeks out Aziraphales company constantly
- Crowley: Saves him whenever he's in trouble
- Crowly: Saves his books
- Crowley: Calls him Angel
- Crowley: Miracles the stain away
- Crowley: Asks him for lunch, a lot
- Crowley: Wants to run away with him
- Aziraphale: I just don't think he likes me :/

the i’m really quite satisfied with the ending of Good Omens, like i would say it doesn’t need or even provide a basis for a season two, unless the season two is just a “prequel” where we get to see a bunch of moments from history or the Bible or whatever where Crowley and Aziraphale are just there being dumb and gay per usual
