I don't get it, why is Pestilence called Pollution in Good Omens?

There is a Pestilence, but they apparently decided to retire at some point so Pollution took their place.

There’s a lot of adaptations of the horseman that deals with sickness/infestation.

I’ll admit though, pollution seems pretty appropriate given how much it infests the water, air, etc. in the present day.

Angel statue?

Does anyone know who played the angel living statue in ep 4? Cause I’m just thinking Amanda Palmer used to be a living statue once, do you think maybe it’s her? As a fun cameo?
