I thought that a lot of those deleted scenes had gone into the book, but they went into different editions (and there are a few scenes, like Victorian Aziraphale back when he used to try and sell books) that didn’t go anywhere. I may try and put something up on Neilgaiman.com with some of the missing scenes in it…
