All of the behind the scenes stories about Andre the Giant were adorable like this, Apparently Wallace Shawn is deathly afraid of heights, so he was freaking out while they were doing the scene scaling the cliff and Andre was like “it is okay, I’ll keep you safe.” there’s a behind the scenes thing on the DVD and everyone is choked up and misty eyed when they talk about working with him.

all the things currently haunting me about michael sheen:

• he dated sarah FUCKING silverman for four years and they broke up because he wanted to return to the uk to do an activism after brexit and she didn’t want to abandon the states after tr*mp was elected
• he namedropped neilman when he was defending genre fiction in a press interview for twilight and neilman sent him a box of first editions and took him out for the wildest sushi dinner i have ever heard of in my life and showed him a little compartment in his car and he was just like… randomly around for good omens adaptation negotiations as early as the terry gilliam days
