Medium hair on women is just past the shoulders/just touching the collarbones. On men medium hair tends to be long enough they can tuck the hair behind their ears. Not a lot of men have medium hair unless they’re actively growing out their hair.

Long hair on women is when your hair is past your collarbones or longer. Long hair on men is the exact same.
