So I got two full time job offers in two days

Both are good options. Both allow me to take care of psychiatric patients part time.

One is my dream job. The very job at the exact hospital that I dreamed about working in when I was an undergraduate. The exact job that I wanted!

My kid will have to change schools over winter break. She is devastated. The other job is good, but in a bad hospital that doesn’t treat their employees well. The other job would allow my kid to stay in her school.

I don’t know.

ppl on facebook sarcastically saying “well why don’t we do 40 year background checks on EVERYONE in congress?? there’d be nobody left!1!!”

…..that’s a great idea, let’s do that!!

Yeah, like, if we got rid of all the pedophiles and rapists and racists and replaced them with good people, how does anyone have a problem with it?

tiltingslightlybitchward

I legit had someone unfriend me after they shared that post and I was like yeah, let’s do that!

Seriously though. If you did a forty year background check on me, you’d find lots of immaturity and stupidity, but you wouldn’t find any sexual assaults or attempted rapes because I’m a decent fucking human being.

Like, this is… not a hot take? This is seriously just keeping abusers out of positions of power. How does anyone have a problem with that??!?

I think this may have been the first time I’d ever met zombies in a game. As I replayed the book I think encountering these guys actually got scarier. :o Maybe on the first play through, I’d merely peaked in the room and gone “screw-that-for-game-of-soldiers!”. Slowly I realised that foolhardy brave play was rewarded in Warlock of Firetop Mountain, otherwise it was just a long walk ending with being lost in a maze. ;)
