You know what, this is annoying me, because in, say, physics (which this looks a lot like) G and g are different things. It’s not like choosing random letters: they stand for a thing. So, G is the gravitational constant (6.67 x 10^-11), and g is acceleration due to gravity (9.8ms-1 on Earth).

SO THAT ANSWER IS COMPLETELY WRONG, and complaining won’t change that
