Is it just me, or do queer trekkies disproportionately like Deep Space Nine best?

I think that’s because literally everyone is shippable on DS9. (Quark crossdresses and has a male lover, Jadzia has an ex wife, Garak and Bashir are totally in love)

Everyone is far less…straight, on DS9. Gender stereotypes are fairly non existant also. Garak sews clothing, Sisko is passionate about baking, Jadzia is a basically a bloodthirsty Klingon. There aren’t any ‘Will Riker’ or ‘Deanna Troi’ characters who are literally everything that a gender stereotype is.
