better my prose read like a text book rather then have someone call it purple

I also find the disconnect between the Star Trek side of Tumblr (where like half the blogs are completely obsessed with the Cardassians) and the actual canonical franchise (which has barely even shown a Cardassian since the turn of the Millennium) to be kind of amusing.
