A very small comic for @chame-pie !! Made for the MBD Discord exchange event :) I sent it privately and posted on discord but now I’m posting here for easier sharing.

Panel 1: Murderbot is shown from the waist up, standing and facing the viewer. It’s right arm is awkwardly held away from its body while it picks at the sweater it’s wearing with its left hand. Murderbot is looking down at the sweater, frowning heavily. To its left, ART’s single eye expresses disinterest.


MB: “What is this?”

ART: “A Shirt.”


Panel 2 is a close-up of Murderbot’s unamused face. ART still seems disinterested.


MB: “Obviously.”

ART: “Then what did you mean?”


Panel 3 is still a close up, this time showing Murderbot scowling and rolling its eyes. ART now appears as two separate eyes, one amused, and one exasperated.


MB: “You **Know** what I meant.”

MB: “Stop being an asshole, asshole.”


Panel 4 shows Murderbot from the waist up. It has its arms crossed, and is frowning. ART appears as three eyes, one is excited, one is neutral, and the other is paying very close attention.


ART: “I thought you might like it.”

MB: “Why?”

ART: “Check in the pocket.”


Panel 5 has Murderbot from the waist up, it’s brows are furrowed and it is frowning as it delicately pulls open the shirt pocket with its fingers. ART’s eyes surround it, curious and excited in turns.


MB: “There’s nothing **in** the poc—”


Panel 6 is an extreme close-up of the pocket. Murderbot has pulled it down far enough to reveal the entirety of the white cat decal. The cat is holding up it’s middle fingers and looking directly at the viewer. Many of ART’s eyes hover out of frame, still excited and curious, almost all of them are looking at Murderbot.


MB: (out-loud) “OH.”


Panel 7 shows Murderbot from behind, it’s arms wrapped around itself. ART’s eyes trickle from the panel above to also look at this Murderbot. Faint, random colors surround this frame and the last in little blocks, mimicking a glitch.


ART: “What do you think?”

MB: (over the feed again) “IT’S FINE.”

ART: “I’m glad you like it.” /End ID]

A muppet version of good omens were everyone is a muppet except for all the angels and demons.

All angels and demons are play by humans but whenever they are on earth they carry around a little muppet version of themselves Avenue Q style, because those are their corporations.

So Aziraphale and Crowley are still Michael Sheen and David Tennant but they puppet around muppet versions of themselves.

Whenever they are speaking to each other or to other demons and angels they are just talking with their actual faces and normal voices but when talking to a human/muppet they put on exaggerated little voices and the muppet/humans will exclusively address their muppet corporation, not acknowledging the full grown human men puppeting them.

  • There are no muppets in heaven or hell
  • When Aziraphale possesses Madame Tracy he just starts puppeting the Madame Tracy muppet.
  • Adam is just a human child, he doesn’t even have a muppet version of himself. He’s just a human child in this world of muppets and no one ever acknowledges it, not even Aziraphale and Crowley or Adam himself.
  • Dog starts out as a real dog but then shapeshifts into a muppet dog.

Ok so.

After the Apocalypse you see them leave Crowley’s flat each carrying the other’s Muppet. Body swap, right? Only obviously that’s going to get noticed (as you said no muppets in Heaven and Hell) so Heaven grabs Michael-Sheen-with-Crowley-puppet and Hell grabs David-Tennant-with-Aziraphale.

But then they survive their executions! 😲

Then they’re sitting on the bench with each other’s Muppet and… I don’t know how they’d do this but they would: instead of the actors swapping puppets, the Muppets swap puppeteers.
