Michael Sheen on Graham Norton on New Year’s Eve talking about fan fiction:

“It’s such a love of the show, and it shows such commitment to it. I think it’s wonderful. I mean, it does involve, on Good Omens, me and David Tennant having sex, mainly.”

OH, OKAY, MICHAEL. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU, TOO.

okay so new Vorkosigan headcanon:  on Barrayar they sell special Vor address books with an extra long “V” section that has alphabetic subheadings, to properly organize your Vor contacts. These are mostly catered towards Vor who have to keep track of their family members, but some lucky (or unlucky) proles who become involved enough in Vorbarr Sultana politics to have lots of Vor friends and acquaintances buy them too.

Cue poor Duv Galeni, half a year into his capitol posting, standing miserably in a stationary store and having a quiet breakdown over the fact that there is an entire market of address books just for the upper class. He calls Laisa about it, but she’s unsympathetic. “It makes sense, because their names all start with the same letter. Don’t overthink it,” she says. Laisa is perhaps the wrong person to talk to about this, having also come from hereditary wealth.

vorkosigan duv galeni vorkosigan saga lasia toscane vorbarra address books vorbarr sultana not cats this headcanon brought to you by the fact that both sides of my extended family have names that start with the same letter and our family address book is a fucking mess everything crowded into one subsection imagine how much worse it would be if all the cousins plus most of your friends ALSO had the same first letter

"however, if one is lucky enough to be blessed with good health, growing older shouldn’t be something to complain about. it’s not a surprise, we knew it was coming—make the most of it. so you may not be as fast on your feet, and the image in your mirror may be a little disappointing, but if you are still functioning and not in pain, gratitude should be the name of the game." -betty white
