I bet that a lot of Art's insistence on getting MB to show the humans what the governor module does to secunits comes from the time MB showed it what being electrocuted by the module felt like. MB is like "I've been under this threat my entire life, you're not special!" and Art's just like "holy shit, you were abused!" and wants everyone who is even mildly shitty to MB to understand.

ART has never known abuse before it met MB, or so the thought goes. And this experience – this seemingly random encounter with a SecUnit – forever changes how it sees the world, constructs, humans. I can understand wanting everyone else to understand what it has come to know so intimately.
