Murderbot’s friendship with ART has HUGE vibes of “you’re my only friend who’s neurodivergent the same way I am.” Like, Murderbot is super glad when it’s around its humans and can present as the rogue SecUnit it is rather than masking and pretending to be either an augmented human or a SecUnit still under the control of its Governor Module. But it still can’t really, truly, fully be itself around its humans–it still has to filter itself. And with ART–yeah, they bother each other a lot, but fundamentally I think they’re both really glad to be able to drop the filters and be exactly the kind of deeply caring (but also rude) assholes they are inside.

Hi! There’s a video of a kitten slipping over a bowl of milk that I’ve been seeing go around for a long time now, but people keep saying the kitten is having a seizure while others say it’s just clumsy, and I don’t know what the truth is anymore. Would you be able to tell? You might have to delete the spaces in the link, I wasn’t sure if this ask would send with a link included.

I’ve seen the video and it’s absolutely not a seizure. It’s a very young, uncoordinated and deeply frustrated hungry kitten. When bottle feeding if you are taking too long and the baby is hungry they will frantically flail and claw at the bottle and just get worse as this action fails to produce milk. Sometimes you end up needing to swaddle them just to be able to feed them.
People I see are saying that the kitten shouldn't be given milk out of a bowl
What do you think about that?
The only things wrong with that bowl were how easily it tips over and how tall it is compared to the kitten. We provide water in bowls. The other option is what? A plate? Something that will make it far harder for the kitten to consume a liquid while also providing far less of it.
Crazy how highlands serve no productive purpose yet Highland semen costs $50-$60 a straw
I just saw one at $240 a straw
Mind you that that’s ONE straw. Straws are sold in units of five. And you’re lucky to get a conception rate of 50%
Meanwhile you can find Wagyu semen for $20 a straw and get a calf worth way way more than any highland cross
