Today’s ‘Ookmark’ feature’s Rincewind and some kind of Dungeon Dimensions tentacle, alongside my favorite book featuring him, “Sourcery.” As you can see, David Wyatt interprets Rincewind as a young man much like Paul Kidby does.
I always say this Wizzard doesn’t get enough love, especially since in this book in particular he does some pretty brave and self-sacrificing things. Which of course lead him to be stranded for a time in the dimension with the horrible monsters like this. Poor guy.

The generally humorous tone of The Murderbot Diaries and the fact that it has quickly become my comfort series does little to distract from the fact that the constructs are truly one of the most horrifyingly dystopian concepts I’ve read in fiction.
