For the most part, the Deltarune sprites are so much better than the Undetale ones. Toby had time to improve and stuff so it makes sense. But to this day nothing beats Papyruses talksprite

undertale asriel is such a tragic figure, it’s a fascinating contrast how deltarune asriel is just like a guy. living a life. growing up. choosing a college major, playing video games on a console with one good controller and one janky controller, forgetting to return books about sexy dragons to the library. Imagine if you were trying to pass Calc 1 and you found out there was a fantasy alternate universe where you were a tragic prince who died young trying to free your people from a kingdom beneath a mountain.

the emerging aus in deltarune in which you do the weird route but with someone else in the party is both sad and also extremely fucking funny

like can you imagine. kris is desperately trying to stop the player and the player has somehow managed to put up one of those colorful wheels that you spin to choose the next person.

omg I love your Spamton thing! I also had ideas about Spamton basically living inside the Dealmaker and thought up a thing where in some battles you could press F1 to summon him and spend kromer on special ACTs. I made a little sprite edit too
