I love that in every other fandom I’m in, a post would usually get about 10 notes and idk max a hundred if I’m really trying and in star trek I can write any horrible cursed take like:
“dukat definitely had an illegal sexy sisko hologram program made for him a la whatever was going on in that one kira episode”
and people will be like “yes this needs to be shown to the world”
In fact, in the Star Trek fandom, there’s a good chance it’ll generate a few hundred likes AND some even more cursed additions.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t welcome even more cursed additions

today’s funky frog of the day: the baja california chorus frog (Pseudacris hypochondriaca)! even if you’ve never heard of this froggy friend, you might have noticed their impact. their calls have been often used for stock footage of frog noises in movies and tv shows! this is because their range includes hollywood, california, and thus they were a prime candidate for frog voice acting gigs.

having Thoughts And Feelings abt murderbot & ART being assholes to each other as a way to express affection… how it allows murderbot to continue to not to admit even to itself that it cares about ART in a way that is terrifying. how ART is also by nature a prickly bastard, likely for similar reasons – the inherent weight to being an asshole when you were created as a tool to make humans’ lives easier and are absolutely expected to be nice polite and respectful at all times. they don’t need to pretend with each other. they don’t need to play human.

IDK who Murderbot’s friend is because I haven’t read the sixth one yet but it looks epic. I love that robot design. That is just epic. And so is the art. Whoever painted(?) that is epic. You can literally see exactly how it would fold up its limbs. there is so much detail. what the fuck. I wish I could draw like that.
