I genuinely like the Murderbot audiobooks, especially the voices for the bot characters (Miki 🥺), but it will never not be hilarious to think about the process for choosing which humans get Assigned British.

Someone on Twitter drew the titular grumpy and introverted security unit from The Murderbot Diaries in a series of fun outfits, which led to me imagining the circumstances in which someone would manage to talk it into wearing the red toga. Sort of on hold until my next reread of the series because I feel like I’m starting to lose my grasp on Murderbot’s distinctive voice, but a little clip from it:

I have designed an outfit for Murderbot. Or at least I have picked out details to add to the outfit it mentions enjoying wearing. because my art style is simple as crap and characters are identifiable 100% through their clothes and hair and Murderbot doesn’t exactly have hair so. It needs to have more identifiable clothes than just solid black and solid dark blue.  

 No I don’t know how to draw pockets or cargo pants. No I will not draw it’s face. that’d be rude.
