After all, in how many other games can you take a ghost to court for unlawful haunting and have the case succeed or fail depending on the skill of your laywer and the actual circumstances of the case?*
*In one case you can have the ghosts of ancestors haunting a stead evicted because as dead they no longer have any legal rights to live there. In another you *can't* evict a ghost haunting a stead because it was paid by a rival clan to haunt you, and not doing so would open the ghost up to a countersuit for breach of contract by the rival clan.
