[One of the first GO posts I saw on tumblr was someone thinking about Anathema and Newt’s wedding, in a post apocalypse-stopped world, and what it would entail. Me being me, I started to wonder what these two would wear to a wedding, you can’t wear white, you can’t look like you are going to a funeral. I like to think that their styles may have evolved a bit, now they are both liberated from their respective authorities and after all that happened. I used a teal and dusty rose pallet because those colours are a dream. The prints on the shirt and blazer are from Liberty London, because that’s the Ritz of print design! Aziraphale’s shirt is the seasonal ‘Apple’ print. Accessories referenced from my pinterest page. It was nice to have time to spend all day on this.
So here is my vision of post-story Ineffable Husbands, content in playing at being humans, at a little rustic wedding in a middle of a field with mismatched chairs, fairy lights and not a church in sight. Yes those are pansies. ]
