This is my favorite thing I’ve read in a minute.

This is awesome. Stunningly detailed world and culture building, with Garak and Bashir wonderfully in character and struggling to find effective compromise in their new life.

You are gonna LIKE “The Vulcan Academy Murders”.

I just repurchased it and its sequel, “The IDIC Epidemic”, as they are thoroughly enjoyable business. Lots of tasty Vulcan headcanons too.

I’m sorry, I’ve got to talk about Dukat’s new bling in ‘Apocalypse Rising’. Assuming that all those embellishments are Klingon, was Damar just blankly watching the Gul plucking a party of corpses clean? Damar is just completely desensitised to seeing his reptilian jewellery rack jingle around the bridge, like a man who’s father has marched around the house dressed as Napoleon since he was six.

Also, did anyone else see how Damar was grinning after Dukat unnecessarily blasted that bird of prey to bits? He looked like he just saw a puppy walk across the street.
