MARS Space Tourism Travel Poster

Once you get past the deadly temperatures, the lack of oxygen, and the killer sandstorms, Mars is really…quite nice.

Fourth (or sixth, depending on where you started counting) in a series of space travel posters! I’m really proud of this project, and your guys response has been amazing.  Thank you for all your support and enthusiasm, it’s been wonderful.

Why are 90% of engagement rings absolutely hideous? Gaudy, inelegant, gem-encrusted monstrosities that say only “I may be tasteless, but I have lots of money to throw at you!”

I don’t like rings I think if anyone wants to propose to me ever they should just give me a rock. Like just a rock they found in a river or something that would be really romantic

I expect a bower bird style natural art piece. Take me into the woods and show me the collection of blue trash you artfully arranged around a bunch of sticks.

IKR same. Get me blue. For real though, I honestly do expect a male to spend a lot of time and thought and effort grooming himself, and for him to know how to dance, sing, and get presents for me and also make a nest and take care of chicks BECAUSE I have subconsciously expected men to behave like birds most of my life due to my sex education coming from David Attenborough documentaries during an impressionable age. This has resulted in me being absolutely repulsed by human men for the most part, but it also saved young me from bad relationships because I acted like a female bird all like, ‘why aren’t you making effort please? um excuse you no YOU are the male YOU make the effort for ME to judge thank u.’

Best advice for all the young people out there attracted to males: act like a female bird. Be picky and have high standards. Leave if you aren’t into it. There’s always a next male who is willing to do the little dance/song/show you his bower/pebble/nest that he made for u.

(ftr I found my male bird and we’ve been happily married for ten years)

From Memory Alpha:

Of shooting this scene, James Darren says, “I was all choked up. They picked this great song, "The Way You Look Tonight”. All of the lyrics have a double meaning. I told Ira afterward, ‘From now on, whenever I sing that song, I won’t be able to think about this night, because I’ll never get through the song.’“

And Nana Visitor said she couldn’t stop crying.

Fans paying attention may notice an overlong pause between William Shatner and DeForest Kelley’s names in the opening credits for Star Trek III: The Search For Spock. This is intentional — that’s normally the period in which Leonard Nimoy’s name would appear.

Nimoy’s participation in the movie as an actor was kept as secret as possible during shooting, with a character named “Nacluv” played by “Frank Force” on call sheets distributed during production. Nimoy also used the pseudonym in the end credits for his cameo as the turbolift voice on the Excelsior.
