The caption in the magazine says “’Cardassians’ demonstrated there was something more to Garak as he stood up for the rights of Cardassian orphans left on Bajor.” I wouldn’t say that’s accurate, as he doesn’t seem like he’s in it so much to help the orphans as he is to expose Dukat. (And possibly to see Bashir get hot and bothered enough to bust into that hearing and tell Dukat off.)
OK. So I’ve seen some pretty cool DS9 stuff come up on eBay and also kind of obscure stuff, but this 1993 “DS9 Aliens” tie is another thing altogether. I would love to see someone actually wearing this. Listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/162417511025
