Here’s my Mouscedes!  I got her in a three pack because I wanted the other two dolls she came with, to be honest!  I wasn’t very fond of her at all, so I decided she was going to be a great doll to try repainting!   Now she’s one of my favorites!

Here’s how she looks from the factory, for those  who don’t know:

That was a nice morning project, haha.

Okay… here it is!

A wizard’s Ordeal is intensely personal, and sometimes intensely dangerous… or not. Each Ordeal is tailored to the wizard who may pass it – or fail to pass. Each one is in some ways diagnostic of the innermost nature of the wizard who embraces the challenge offered them by the Powers that Be.

In Interim Errantry 2: On Ordeal, you will find three tales of the Ordeals of three wizards well known to readers of the Young Wizards series: Roshaun ke Nelaid, Mamvish fsh Wimsih fsh Mentaff, and Ronan Nolan III. Each 15K novella tells the tale of what happened when that wizard-to-be was offered the Wizard’s Oath, and how they won through to their power, and to the other side.

As of the end of June 2016, this work is being edited and prepared for publication. Entry 435: The Pah-Wraiths

Home World: Bajor

Occupation: Recurring evil energy beings.

First Appearance: “The Assignment” (DS9 1996)

Summary: In the distant past, a great schism tore the Wormhole Aliens/Prophets apart. The extent and nature of this schism remains largely a mystery, but the losing aliens were banished to the Fire Caves of Bajor forever. These entities were shunned by the Bajorans as the evil “Kosst Amojan”, or the Pah-Wraiths.

Like the Prophets, the Pah-Wraiths had unbelievable powers. They could possess corporeal beings, revive them from death, and give them near-omnipotent power. Yet, just like the prophets, they were also vulnerable to chroniton radiation. They were known as false prophets, liars, deceivers, tempters and destroyers, the closest thing to demons known to Bajoran society. More passionate and directly influential than the Prophets, the Pah-Wraiths have been known to choose the most vile and amoral monsters to spread their word that they can find… turning them into even greater monsters.
