Julian and Miles drinking together needs to happen, in every possible universe.

I think your thing is going to end up being a series of vignettes with a very loose overhanging story. At least one of those vignettes will involve Julian, Miles, and a bottle of scotch.

“Can’t brew that on a space station.”

“You groundpounders. You think everything good comes from planets.”

“Did you ever read about the moon scotch? It doesn’t taste right when it’s made in space–”

“You just haven’t got the tastebuds for it. You’re not hard enough. Gotta get some good rads into ya, gotta live in zero-G for a while–”

“You are incredibly full of it.”

“Now that’s the thruster pod calling the jumpdrive hot.”
