Happy 60th birthday, Casey Biggs!!  I’ve been saving this particular image for today, April 4.  I’ve already posted photos of myself with Garak and Dukat, so surely I would have wanted very much to meet the esteemed leader of the Cardassian Rebellion too and would have treated him with dignity and respect, right?  Well, yes, that’s *half* right.

I think the joke was that Damar needed comforting after all his troubles and his terrible beating from Major Kira!!  Which, by the way, Casey told me was a ridiculous scene, in his opinion - even more ridiculous than this photo?
