It’s 5pm PDT on June 5th and the Russian spam bots are flooding the popular tags again. Some things I’ve read recently make me believe that it’s a group from the Star Wars Rebels fandom that have been the ones battling the spammers and that @staff has had nothing to do with curtailing the spam.
To try to get around the anti-spam tools of the SWR group, the spam bots have gone back to using direct domains in the links that are tied to the pics in their posts. The current domains that you need to block if you don’t want to see their crappy posts are:
