I spent all of my childhood/teen watching of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine thinking OH MY GOD I AM SO IN LOVE WITH JULIAN BASHIR

But then.  I grew up. And I rewatched DS9 about 15 years later. (Post college, post master’s degree, during job search.)

And realized. Nope. Not in love with Julian Bashir. Not really. But pretty much AM Julian Bashir.
