In the episode In Purgatory’s Shadow, when he’s working on the modified life support systems Garak mentions a previous experience in tight spaces on “Seletha 3” (I think that’s what it was). Is this elaborated on later on in DS9 or in A Stitch In Time?

I don’t want any spoilers (that’s why I haven’t just googled it) but I’d just like to know if it ever comes up again.
