it’s season 1, g'kar, no one likes you

YEAH it’s easy to forget but early season one had pretty garbage makeup. They def got the texturing/coloring down by the middle of the season though:

OH, that IS a nice one.  I’m almost surprised it’s so early, but he does look really nice. I like the dark around his eyes  of course I do  and just that his eyes don’t look like horror time

I agree with all of this.  The flesh tone is definitely weird because of an uncanny valley effect.  And GOD, I remember the first time I went back to the first episode and I made this ‘bahgagh’ noise when I saw G’Kar’s eyes.   When I paint him, he ends up with very little white in his eyes if any at all, because fuck that.
