PSA: If someone actively cross stitches as a hobby, odds are they want to teach you how to do it too, but they won’t ever force it upon you. They’re just patiently waiting for you to say “y'know, I kinda wanna learn how to cross stitch” so they can be all “OH LEMME TEACH YOU AND GET YOU STARTED HERE’S SOME FLOSS SOME FABRIC AND NEEDLES AND YOU’LL NEED SOME SCISSORS AND I’LL SHOW YOU HOW”
The cross stitch community is full of some of the chilliest people I know. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say 99% of us classify as the Mom Friend™
