Star Trek - “Countdown to Darkness”

The ship finds the former captain of a different Enterprise, Robert April, and he’s leading a rebellion on a primitive planet which is a serious violation of that directive, you know, the prime one. Also Harry Mudd’s half-Bajoran but still all-unscrupulous daughter shows up.
