My sci fi favorites are oddly sorted.

One set: 

Technical/Actual Pacifists, Negotiators, or Peacemakers - people who would rather subdue than kill.

Second set: 

G  E  N  O  C  I  D  E.

Even more odd is how often those two sets overlap.
