Granted I haven't used this for long but are you aware that this is just a slightly worse version of tumblr that only shows your dash and everything else either links to tumblr or is worse then tumblr. And the only reason people would think to use it is because you can't blacklist things in tumblr mobile

washblog answered:

The importance of being able to blacklist keywords ranges from “kind of nice to have” for some people to “critical for mental health” to others. Judging by the tone of this ask, I’m assuming you’re not in the latter group.

Washboard is built on the Tumblr API, which exposes only a fraction of Tumblr’s capabilities. I have no way to add messages or many of the other features added to Tumblr over the years until the developers create API endpoints for those features (which isn’t looking likely).

Hey now! I love washboard.ws and highly recommend it to anyone who is sick of Tumblr mobile or the Tumblr app. Not only does it allow mobile blacklisting but it loads. Pictures. Quickly. And doesn’t chew up your data! I’ve been having it for about a year now and it’s only not worked a handful of times so it’s very reliable and gets updated fairly frequently (which is hella awesome considering I pay nothing for it.) Also, you can reblog in line then keep going! After you’re done, you don’t get sent back to the top of your feed, like you do on mobile.

Tl;dr: washboard.ws is awesome and you should all give it a try.
