Thanks to the weirdness of my brain late at night and @glinnbenjamar‘s interest in public transit…..we bring you Deep Space Transportation Center Nine (DSTC9).
Featuring:
The Employees of DSTC9:
Sisko - the patrol dispatcher, the one who drives around making sure there’s no route blocks and organizing the transfers
Kira - the angry driver who screams at annoying passengers for asking stupid questions, and often taps the brakes to send annoying passengers (usually Dukat) flying.
Jadzia - the driver who loves to gossip with her passengers, while driving like a maniac
Odo - mans the police station at the DSTC9
Quark - runs the concession stand at the DSTC9 and enjoys gossiping with Jadzia, and annoying Odo
O’Brien - the lead mechanic for the bus company, who’s least favorite driver is Julian Bashir
Bashir - the rather excitable, talkative driver who has singlehandedly been responsible for more minor accidents than any other driver (hence Miles dislike of him), and who is rarely on time. He only drives a few routes, as he also works as an EMT
Garak - only drives one route, but somehow picks up more gossip than anyone else
Keiko - does most of the training, and also manages the landscaping at DSTC9
The Passengers:
Morn - is that one guy who is somehow ALWAYS on the bus - if he isn’t, he’s sitting out in front of the concession stand
Dukat - everyone’s LEAST favorite passenger, he used to manage DSTC9. He’s continually looking for a way to get his old job back, when he’s not attempting to harass Kira.
Jake - the quiet kid who rides the bus a lot, he wants to write a book about the drivers and their stories, as they seem ignored (just like @glinnbenjamar….)
Nog - is his
annoying loud friend who messes with the bell and announces things Jake has said about the drivers
Ziyal - Dukat’s daughter - no one has any idea how the creep produced such a nice young woman, but everyone loves her - she often gets free rides (and she DOESN’T die *looks grumpy*)
The Founders - the consulting firm attempting to revamp DSTC9 (the bus drivers hate them)
Weyoun - the investigator for the Founders, who’s continually riding the buses to try find things that are wrong
The Jem’Hadar - the worst frat house at the nearby college, they usually end up trashing whatever bus they ride. Are the Founders paying them to cause trouble? No one really knows.
Damar - at first one of the worst passengers (he usually tagged along with Dukat), he eventually considers becoming a driver himself. He’s usually hungover, bitter and tends to state the obvious.
Kai Winn - everyone’s least favorite soccer mom, she WILL complain about the buses being late, even if it’s only been a minute
