i really appreciate whoever was responsible for costumes in ds9′s “a time to stand” because not only did they randomly decide this was going to be the one (1) single time we’d get to see julian with an open uniform collar cheekily flashing some collarbone but they also chose to use this one (1) precious moment for a scene were julian and garak were completely alone in a room and very obviously flirting
