Bashir and Kira in a predicament

From Deep Space Nine magazine Vol. 9, 1994, where the caption reads:

“Faced with the fact that the transporters were rigged to never again allow the transfer between realities, Bashir and Kira must get back to the Runabout”

I think they made Siddig an extra large uniform for this, like a PencilPLUS!
