I recall the suffix -lin can be attached to any word to render it an endearment, eg. s’h’iosr’ha = doctor, s’h’iosr’halin = my dear doctor.

In addition to what tinsnip listed, we’ve also got yad’ and ad’ for “Daddy” and “Mommy” so far, and it’s on my list to brainstorm a gender-neutral parental term of endearment. Unless you’ve got anything, tinsnip?
I particularly like “sweet-taste” and “protected-one,” I have to say! More thinking out loud than anything else, but Cardassians tend to divide love into distinct categories, like love between close friends, love between romantic partners, and love between family members–and that last one has the potential for some interesting terms of endearment, since you aren’t necessarily supposed to love your family, but it’s socially preferred that you pretend.
I’m not much good at making up words, myself, but possibly we could do something with being willing to let someone into your boundaries? Since Cardassians are territorial shits and all. There’s also geh'r, referring to your companions/your gang, and possibly there’s room to mess around with sicus, for your fiancé, or tuvUr, for your romantic partner? Wordplay with mitkaderb, which means “flower” but literally means “plantjoy”?
