How to stop negative self talk
-make a decision that you want to feel good as often as possible
-be aware that your thoughts cause what you feel
-whenever you notice you are feeling bad, think of how you can talk to yourself to make yourself feel better; think thoughts that help you feel better, not worse
-and start viewing yourself as someone you love, Treat yourself as if you are someone you love. Talk to yourself as if you are someone you love. Be aware that if you love yourself, you will not constantly be talking to yourself so discouragingly. Build yourself up, don’t tear yourself down.
