re-reading Good Omens the book now, and just came across a joke I love and am kinda sad couldn’t fit into the show:
“Doesn’t bear thinking about, does it,” said Aziraphale gloomily.
(Crowley) “All the higher life forms scythed away just like that.”
“Terrible.”
“Nothing but dust and fundamentalists.”
