What on earth is superwholock and why is everyone slightly salty about it?

  1. love-lays-bleeding said: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA yeah. Imho people would be less salty if the fans at the time were less generally awful to everyone. Hijacking posts was one thing, but they would start fights with people too. Or “call their fandom army” when challenged. Basically it was a legion of fans with all the misplaced arrogance of a popular white middle schooler.

But as young adults, they’ve taken the typical attitude of people that age who disdain anything or anybody who is popular. They don’t realize that displaying such disdain is still following a crowd.

Often other shows were there too (Merlin comes to mind). They were … idk, like any ohter group of fans in 2012, tbh, enthusiastic and loud and a little overeager. But I think they’re looked at as cringe culture now?
