As a bi girl who finds herself being ostracized by her religion and the people who speak on behalf of her god, thank you so much for writing (what I perceive to be) a queer love story with such heavily religious undertones and symbolism. It’s helping me remember that humans (and angels and demons!) don’t speak on behalf of god. Thank you so damn much.

People speak on behalf of people.  At best they tell you what they sincerely think their god or gods would want to tell you. But it’s just people. Your relationship to your god is your own.
