Okay, reblogging bc I srsly cannot stop thinking about the Nebula Cafe down the street from DD9. Please, someone more conversant with Voyager than I am, write this and make it cute~~~ (How would the Doctor work? Is he the guy who just never leaves the cafe? Like, ever? And is kind of snarky about it? “Apparently he’s a doctor… I don’t know, have you ever seen him leave?”)
