I think I just figured out why so many people ship Garak/Parmak.

Because that shit is canon.

(And given how things canonically progress—or, rather, don’t—with Bashir, I’m glad he’s found someone who so clearly delights in him.)

Now I just need to know what he looks like. Descriptions? Kelas Parmak? Point me, please!

And also I need to know more about how/why Garak tortured the good doctor back in the day, because ??? romance ??? seems ??? inappropriate???
