Okay. So there was some curiosity about how my written version of Kardasi would sound if spoken. I went through a few fics and picked a sentence that was long enough to actually carry some intonation, to wit:
Garak paused mid-chew, thoughtful; his kotok temell warmed, affection/truth. “Replimat cIf'a? Idanian dederin-kUlp raha'amox tasmin q'rUnt'a'I.” Like the Replimat? It’s a pity they don’t serve Idanian spice pudding.

The literal breakdown of Garak’s words would go more or less as follows:
