Nope still not over watching Garak tell Julian his horrid little tale and be able to revel in it, be able to smirk at him while Julian can’t meet his eyes, be the monster he wishes he could be. And then the reversal, Julian finding a sea of compassion within himself and suddenly it’s Garak who is undone, Garak who can’t meet Julian’s eyes. He thought he could control the mercy he received but he couldn’t and that’s terrifying to him and all he can do is stare at the floor while Julian finds the device. I will not get over that.
