I saw a post saying that Boromir looked too scruffy in FotR for a Captain of Gondor, and I tried to move on, but I’m hyperfixating. Has anyone ever solo backpacked? I have. By the end, not only did I look like shit, but by day two I was talking to myself. Holy shit guys I just got my sunblock stick yesterday and I used it all day yesterday AND today and goddamn if it isn't the most effective fucking thing I've ever used. So I’ve been knitting in an attempt to decrease my stash scraps. These fish mitts are addictive to make—they’re fun, fast, and simple enough, if you can read a chart and work in the round.
Once I finish the blue fish, I’m planning to do a yellow and brown pair. Pretty much as many pairs as it’ll take while I wait for yarn for the Halibut sweater set I have planned.
